Mail Service

All employees have access to the mail room located on the 1st floor.

All packages should be delivered through the loading dock from the back alley. Please have all delivery drivers check in at the reception desk. After hour deliveries must be scheduled and coordinated with the Management Team at 310-887-6405 or 151ManagementTeam@kennedywilson.com.

Mail is usually delivered around 3:00 pm every day and can be picked up in the mail room. Each mail slot is labeled with an employee name.

Please remember to have all mail addressed properly so it can be distributed correctly. Also, include Attention to the department, person or building the mail should be distributed to.

All outgoing drop boxes for both regular mail and FedEx are located in the mail room. The cut off times for outgoing FedEx and regular mail is 4:00 pm, anything after 4:00 pm will be mailed the next day. FedEx supplies, KW stationary and office supplies are also stored in the mail room. Additional supplies are in each copy room on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Our mail room and copy rooms are ran by our Office Administrator, Parisa Mezrahi. Please contact Parisa with any mail room and copy rooms questions or if you have any need for office supplies for yourself, copy rooms, or pantry areas.
